On 1 June 2026, Godrej Properties won a 23.2-acre (93,905 m²) residential land parcel in Greater Noida through an e-auction held by DMIC Integrated Industrial Township Greater Noida Ltd.
The company plans a group housing project here and estimates its revenue potential at over ₹7,000 crore. Configurations, prices and launch dates have not been announced, and no booking can be taken before UP-RERA registration.
